We have developed a very varied menu, which our chefs continue to refine. We offer a large selection of Cajun and Soul Food specialties and recommend a look at our menu.

We would like to recommend three specialties:
Hickory-Smoked BBQ Ribs
Hickory Smoked Spareribs cooked slow and low for nearly 5 hours. The results are frankly delicious.
12" Inch Catfish Po Boy
Whole Catfish Fillet on a French bread/Hoagie bread fully dressed with lettuce, tomato, our own remoulade sauce, and Frank's Hot Sauce.
Applewood-Smoked Pulled Chicken Sandwich
Skinless/Boneless chicken rubbed with over 12 of our own spices and slow smoked over real apple wood.
